Work

What we've built, and what it had to solve.

Three systems we designed, built and still run. Written as problem, work, result — because that is what you actually want to know.

Hospitality · SaaS

A property management system for independents

  • NestJS
  • Next.js
  • Postgres
  • Prisma
  • Flutter
  • AWS
  • Stripe
The problem

Small hotels were running on a spreadsheet, three OTA extranets and a paper diary. Every rate change meant logging into each channel separately, and double bookings were a matter of when, not if.

What we did

Built Stayvieo end to end: a drag-and-drop front-desk calendar, two-way sync with 30+ booking channels, PCI-compliant payments, guest messaging and reporting. Certified against partner APIs including a channel-manager certification.

Where it got to

Live with paying properties. Availability and rates push automatically, reservations arrive within seconds, and the front desk works from one screen.

Food service · SaaS + hardware

Ordering, EPOS and kitchen in one loop

  • Flutter
  • NestJS
  • Postgres
  • ESC/POS
  • Android
The problem

Restaurants had online orders arriving on a tablet, walk-ins on a till, and no connection between them. The kitchen worked from two screens and a printout.

What we did

Built FoodCiti: an ordering storefront, an Android EPOS terminal with receipt printing, cash drawer and caller ID, and a kitchen flow that receives every order regardless of source. Added self-updating terminals so restaurants are not left on old builds.

Where it got to

Running on real hardware in live restaurants, including hotel in-room dining that charges to the guest folio and settles at checkout.

Hospitality · AI

Guest messaging that answers itself (almost)

  • GPT-4o mini
  • NestJS
  • WebSockets
  • Next.js
The problem

Staff were retyping the same replies to guest messages arriving from several OTAs, some of them in languages nobody at the property spoke.

What we did

Unified OTA guest chat and reviews into one inbox, added AI-drafted replies in the property voice, inline translation, and detection of courtesy messages that need no reply at all.

Where it got to

Reception answers from one place. The action list only surfaces messages that genuinely need a person.

Your project could be the next one.
