Our own products
Two software platforms we built, run and answer for.
Being an operator changes how you build. We carry the pager for these, so we know what holds up at 2am and what does not.
Hospitality
Stayvieo
A property management system for independent hotels, B&Bs, guest houses and holiday lets — the kind of property that does not have an IT department.
One system covers the front desk, distribution to the OTAs, taking money, talking to guests and knowing how the week actually went. It replaces a spreadsheet, three extranets and a paper diary.
Front desk
A drag-and-drop calendar across every room and date. Check-in, check-out and room moves without leaving the page.
Channel manager
Two-way sync with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and 30+ others. Rates and availability out, reservations in — no double bookings.
Payments
Deposits, card capture and folios, PCI DSS compliant. Guest cards are vaulted, never stored by the property.
Guest messaging
OTA guest chat and reviews in one inbox, with AI-drafted replies and translation for messages that arrive in another language.
Food service
FoodCiti
Online ordering, an EPOS terminal for the counter, and the kitchen flow that connects the two.
It runs on real hardware in real restaurants — including in-room dining for hotels, where an order placed from a QR code on the table charges straight onto the guest's folio.
Online ordering
A storefront per restaurant with menus, modifiers and timed collection or delivery slots.
EPOS terminal
An Android terminal for the counter: order taking, receipt printing, cash drawer, caller ID and end-of-day reporting.
Kitchen flow
Orders land in the kitchen the moment they are placed, from whichever channel they came in on.
Hotel dining
QR ordering from the room, charged to the booking folio and settled at checkout.

Behind these systems
How these platforms were designed, and what they had to solve.
- How we built FoodCiti: one pipeline for every orderMost restaurants do not have a software problem — they have five, and none of them talk to each other. The story of building a single restaurant operating system, now serving 20,000+ customers across 20+ UK restaurants.
- The Feature List Is for a Hotel You Don't RunMost small-hotel software is sold on a feature list written for a 200-room hotel. Walk one ordinary Saturday through a twelve-room guest house instead — it produces about a dozen genuine requirements, and a visitor levy your booking engine is about to have to collect.
- Their Portfolio Is Curated. Their Filing History Isn't.Everything in a supplier's pitch is written by the supplier. Five free UK registers aren't — and thirty minutes with them is the cheapest due diligence available to a business buying software.
